LEAD FOLLOW-UP · BOOKING · ONBOARDING · REACTIVATION

I build practical CRM workflows for service businesses across forms, calendars, follow-up, pipeline stages, tags, and staff notifications.

Services A little less friction

Your time belongs to better things.

The follow-up you meant to send. The file you can’t find. The same update, typed for the fifth time. I help take that work off your plate.

Here’s how

01 First, take a closer look

Let’s find what’s slowing you down.

Before I build anything, I look at how work actually gets done. Where does it stall? Who is waiting on whom? What keeps landing back in your inbox?

A clearer picture. A practical place to start.

02 Then, connect the pieces

Give every next step a place to go.

A new lead shouldn’t mean five manual tasks. I connect the right steps so information gets where it needs to go, and your team knows what comes next.

Less chasing. More work moving forward.

03 Keep people in the loop

Keep the human part, human.

Some things need patience, context, and someone who follows through. I help people get answers and keep the details from slipping between teams.

Someone is on it. Everyone knows where things stand.

04 Build it to last

Make it easy to keep going.

A system is only useful if people can use it tomorrow. I write down the how, tidy up the rough edges, and help your workflows keep up as things change.

Built to be used. Easy to pick up again.

Start with the thing
that keeps piling up.

You don’t need a perfect brief. Tell me what takes too long, gets missed, or keeps coming back. We can work out the next step together.

Let’s talk about it
01
“I keep doing this by hand.”The copying, updating, and following up that eats into your day.
02
“I thought someone else had it.”The handoffs that need a clear owner and a visible next step.
03
“It all lives in my head.”The process your team needs to be able to pick up without you.

From a quote request to the production floor.

For Power Print, I built a GoHighLevel setup that keeps the customer's details with the job. Here's how a request moves through it.

My process A good way to work, together

From our first hello to a better every day.

Good work is a conversation, a clear plan, and someone who follows through. Here’s what that looks like with me.

Follow the process

01 / Listen Free consultation

First, I listen.

Tell me where the day gets tangled. We’ll talk through your goals, the tasks that keep piling up, and what useful support would actually look like.

We start with
A free discovery call. Your questions, your priorities.
You leave with
A clearer picture of what to tackle first.

No perfect brief needed. Just a place to begin.

02 / Plan Strategy & onboarding

Then, we find our direction.

I turn that conversation into a practical plan. We agree on the work, set up the right tools and access, and make sure we both know what success looks like.

We agree on
Scope, priorities, deliverables, and check-ins.
You leave with
A shared plan and a clear next step.

A little alignment now. A lot less guesswork later.

03 / Build Execution

I get to work. You stay in the loop.

The plan becomes real work. I build, organize, and test the details, with clear updates along the way. You know what’s moving, what needs your input, and what’s ready.

I take care of
The agreed work, quality checks, and progress updates.
You get
Work you can see, review, and put to use.

Fewer things to chase. More things moving forward.

04 / Refine Review & optimize

We make good work even better.

We look at what’s working in the real day-to-day. Your feedback shapes the refinements, and I document the details so the next steps feel easier to manage.

We look at
Results, your feedback, and the next useful improvement.
You keep
A refined workflow and clear handover notes.

A stronger way of working, built with you.

Every good project starts somewhere.

AI Automation & Operations Specialist

01 / The beginning People before platforms

Before automation,
there was
the everyday work.

My interest in systems starts with the people doing the work.

I’m Angelo, based in Bohol, Philippines. My background spans healthcare support, office administration, and government operations. Claims, appointments, records, and follow-ups were part of the day-to-day.

That experience shapes what I build now: workflows that stay clear, useful, and easy to manage, without losing the human attention that great service needs.

Healthcare, administration,

Healthcare Customer Support

Ibex Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. — Bohol

Office Administration Intern

Dextel Trading — Tagbilaran City, Bohol

Assisted as an assistant pharmacist, verified prescriptions, managed stock levels and inventory control, and organized administrative documents with strong attention to detail.

Provincial Management Office Assistant

Provincial Government of Bohol — Tagbilaran City

Encoded and updated data in the PGBH budget tracking system, prepared municipal budget allocations, reviewed Purchase Requests, and coordinated document routing with the Accounting Department.

03 My approach

I learned the processbefore I tried toautomate it.

Understand the work.
Then connect the steps.

Healthcare work made attention to detail and careful handling of information part of my approach. A clearer process still needs someone who understands the person at the other end.

Today, I bring that thinking to GoHighLevel, CRM systems, workflow design, and AI-assisted automation. I connect the repetitive steps, document how they work, and keep people involved where judgment matters.

06 Working principles

The way I work
is part of the work.

01

Clear Communication

You will always know what is in progress, what is complete, and where I need your input. Clear documentation and proactive updates are part of the work.

02

Responsible Automation

Automation is only useful when it is dependable. I test workflows, document key decisions, and keep human review points wherever judgment or sensitive information is involved.

03

Professional Discretion

I treat your processes and information with care. I am NDA-friendly, follow access controls, and work within your approved systems and data-handling requirements.

07 What I bring

Where my experience
becomes useful.

A clearer process, a connected CRM, or dependable support for the work that keeps coming back.
